Toshiba 50HX70 Convergence reset

Hi,

Suddenly I get a red shadow over the pic. Managed to reset convergence manually for all numbers (1 to 9) except 2 and 8.

The red line refuses to go further right to merge with the blue and the white crosses.

Help please? ATTEMPTED THE CONVERGENCE ONLY 3 6 AND 9 WERE ALIGNED

press mute button once after press and keep pressing mute again and press de menu button on tv .when tou see S on screen press 7 you are in convergence adjusting mode
