You may try to do the steps below.

The process is as simple as:

  1. Download, install, then run ZAR trial using the link http://www.z-a-recovery.com/download.htm
  2. Insert the memory card into the reader device.
  3. On the first screen, no adjustment is required, just hit "Next>>".
  4. Program will then prompt you for an operation mode. Select "Recover images from camera memory card", then hit "Next>>".
  5. Select your memory card from the list of the attached devices. You can identify the memory card by its media size or by the model name (if available).
  6. The rest is mostly automatic. When the analysis is done, select files to recover, specify the directory to place recovered files to, hit "Start copying" and you're done.

You may also use the tutorial on this link.

SOURCE: memory card micro sd cannot format

Definitely your Micro SD Card has a problem. might be ita a virus problem.

Try to format it by your Computer not by your Phone. If you have a AntiVirus scan your Card and then try to format it.

if you are not successful in one chance Don't afraid at all, try it three or four times by removing and then inserting the Card again in the Computer........

I keep getting card cannot be used every time i put a memory card in my nikon coolpix s210 what can i do to fix this

If formatting does not work then most likely the memory card id faulty.
Memory cards such as SD and USB memory sticks do not last forever. they do fail eventually after many writes and file file deletes or damaged by not using Safely Remove Hardware on the computer.

REMOVER SD CARD

There isn't a memory card in the Cruzer. It contains a memory chip similar to what's inside a SD card. Even if you managed to extract the chip without damaging it, you'd need a different controller.

Certain cameras will not recognize an SD card because it is SDHC. The format was created after the camera. Camera vendors do issue firmeware updates.
