I already knew about which bin goes where, like you just told me

But when I try to slide either bin on to its two runners it is hard to work out

I think I have to have the runners pulled forward first. Yes?

But what is the trick in getting the bin on to the runners?

That is what I really asked first.

There is something stopping it sliding along.

Like I pull pull both runners forward, then try to get the correct bin in to the slot, to slide in, but just a few cm along there are plastic posts sticking up, stopping it.

    What am I doing wrong?

[I already took out the two plastic stops]

    Thanks

I have been trying all that.

But with the runners pushed back into the fridge, I simply cannot put the bin in over the top of them and then slot it down, into them.

Well the runners are in their grooves covered up,
    And there is no room.

This is a Fisher and Paykel E372B right?.

Three of us cannot work it out.

    Any more ideas?

    Thanks.

I have a frig/freezer, Fisher and Paykel E372B, and cannot work out how to put the bins back in to their runners.

We have tried with the runners pulled forward, but little pillars stop the bin after a few cm.

And we have tried with the runners already pushed in.
    No luck.
Three of us cannot do it.

    Thanks in anticipation

Download this manual and see page 18:
http://www.fisherpaykel.com/admin/pdfs/pdf_usecares/814943_Mandarin_Ref_Eng_UC.pdf
It tells you to push the runners back into the refrigerator. The manual shows lifting the front of the trays or bins for removal and installation should be in reverse order of removal.

Since your having problems see if you can get the runners to slide out. IF they will not slide out try lifting the runners straight up carefully if there is too much resistance and you feel the runner might break STOP.

Make sure to return the correct tray/bin in the right runners. All three freezer trays have different designs on each side, which means that the top tray must be returned to the top tray and cannot be interchanged with the second tray. You may have to shuffle them till you get them back in the right configuration.

Hi,

according to your problem Remove the bin(s) by pulling forward, then up and forward again. Lift vertically to un-clip from the runners and pull tray/bin towards you to remove. Push runners back into refrigerator. With the runners pushed back into the refrigerator, place the tray/bin on top of the runners. Push the tray/bin back slowly until you feel it clip back onto the runners. But be careful, Bin and tray runners are pre-lubricated, and will not need to be re-lubricated during their life. Do not attempt to clean grease from the runners, as this will affect their ability to function. Do not immerse runners in water.

The door alarm of my fisher and Paykel E372B fridge goes off when the door hasnt been opened for a number of hours. How can I stop this.

You would notice that when it beeps, there are a series of beeps, which relate to an error code - also, the temperature panel would be most likely flashing the same amount of times the beeping occurs. The code relates to a component failure that the active smart system is having problems with.

For example, 17 beeps would be error code 17 - which relates to the freezer fan is drawing less current than is expected. Either the wiring is open circuit or the fan is faulty.

Fisher Paykel Intuitive Eco Washer is squealing

You need to pull out the washer, TURN OFF THE WATER, then take the water hoses off the back of the washer. Check the screens inside the water inlets for debris. If that doesn't fix the problem you may need to ask fisher paykel if it's safe to put a chemical like limeaway in those holes to remove hard water deposits that have built up inside the valves.

E372B FISHER & PAYKEL FRIDGE WARM

I'd say you most likely need a new defrost element and evaporator Chassis. You'll most likely find there's a big lump of ice behind the evaporator chassis in the freezer inturn blocking the fridge vent or the defrost element is burnt out icing up te Evaporator. It pays to replace both anyway you'll need to unplug the unit and leave the doors opens for 48hrs to defrost it first. cheers

How to place back the freezer trays for E522B refrigerator

Make sure to return the correct tray/bin in the right runners. All three freezer trays have different designs on each side, which means that the top tray must be returned to the top tray and cannot be interchanged with the second tray. What happened in my case is, I was trying to put the 2nd tray to the first tray that's why I had difficulty replacing it back and would not fit.
