From the dealer or from a form in your owners manuals. Any other manual other than the Factory ones are junk and very lacking in details

You will need the service manual to properly diagnose your set. I am including a link where you can purchase your service manual for 12.99. They also offer free tech support with any manual purchase, and after purchase if you return to the site and click on contact us link they will email your manual instead of mailing it, and they will include instructions on how to obtain your free support.
