Question about Computers & Internet
- Go to control panel in My Computer, then go to Sounds and Audio Devices.
- Go to the tab labeled audio and where it says sound playback click volume and make sure you volume control is not muted. If it still doesn't play music make sure the plug from your speakers is plugged into the green plug in the back of your computer
- Make sure also to plug it from an outlet if it uses electricity
If the above troubleshooting still didn't work, go to Control Panel, then System, find Device Manager. Click the Sound, video and game controller, then right-click the soundcard installed then click Properties. Check for the device status if it is working properly, otherwise if other message status is there, try to find a new driver on the net.
