At this point I would suggest doing a fresh install of the windows operational system, or if you can remember when the problem started with the last download or updates that may give a clue where to look, finally try a system restore if you can back date it far enough.

I am getting Disk Boot Failure Insert system disk and press enter

looks like the software installed on your hard drive has been damaged

if you have recovery disk, try booting from it and try to repair windows. if you have valuable data on the hard drive, have a technician connect the drive to another working computer to copy the contents.

the technician may have to reformat and reinstall the window operating system and drivers for your computer.

hope the above helps. good luck.

I bought new seagate 500GB hard disk and installed windows 7.When i start my computer window loads and just before welcome screen it restarts.Sometimes my hard disk produce a sound and my computer...

You say the hard drive sometimes makes a sound. Are you saying an abnormal sound or the correct sound? If it makes an abnormal sound then send it back to the supplier for a replacement. If it makes the normal sound the reinstall windows 7 again and see what happens. You also do not say if you have loaded any drivers? if not do not use those from the motherboard disk but download them from the manufacturers site. Start with the chipset drivers, then graphics then sound then network and the rest dont really matter.Next go to windows update and install all the updays inc SP1. hopefully now your pc will work just fine.

My aspire l310 won't boot. It keeps telling me media cable test failure and disk boot failure. Help daniel

sounds like hard disk related. turn it off and disconnect the power cord, remove and reconnect both the power and data cables to the hard disk, disconnect any external USB storage and remove any floppy disk, if any. If you get the same result, try to connect the har disk using different power & data cables (IDE/SATA), and test it on another SATA channel if available. If same error, you may need to reformat the hard disk and reinstall WIndows, or you may have to get a new Hard Disk if it fails even when tried on another computer.

What happens when it says "No audio output device installed." I have no sound. Please respond

Hello! kindly follow this steps below:
Please find your motherboard or sound card driver then insert it in your disk in the CD/DVD ROM if it is in a disk then run the setup.exe of that driver software then follow certain steps given by the computer installation wizard. Then after you finished the installation restart your computer then if the sound is restored then you have a successful sound card installation. You can do this steps again if you encounter same problem next time. The reason why this you receive this error message cause your sound driver has been corrupt and need to reinstall due to some hardware failure and software failure especially if their are virus and worms enter in your system.

Also try to update and install anti virus and update it in order to proctect and level up your security against virus, worms and hackers.

If you need more assitance please reply to this post.
thank you

Sounds on my PC are Choppy/Laggy

there is another FREE program you can try.. try an internet search for AD-AWARE It finds those pesky little memory thieves and oftentimes can eliminate them. I am unfamiliar with your antivirus program.. I would use McAfee or Norton. As for the lagging it sounds like a buffering problem. there is a program I use called System Mechanic that does a pretty decent job of fixing internet and even registry problems. The System mechanic by IOLO (www.iolo.com i think) is a little spendy unless you get in on an offering I got 1 yr service for only 20.00 (vs 40-80 to buy the prog from the store) The musid that is choppy is it while online with a program such as mIRC? if so try #mirc_rainbow maybe the OPS there can help you, just be polite to them and thank them and you will be a welcome visitor anytime you drop by.. Another nice IRC site is #popinn or even #mirc_help (yes the # is neccesary)
Good Luck

Slow Speed and Hard Disk LED "Stuck" on...

This has happened to me a few times and it's been posted here by others, and the one thing that is always apparent is it happens after a windows update, this may well be a generic updated driver which is not always the best driver for what you have installed or it could be a programme that has not installed correctly especially windows genuine advantage. I would do a system restore to a point before the windows updates, then go to Microsoft updates yourself and manually install the updates that windows says you require one at at time until the same thing happens, although it may not as it may be the fact that there are too many updates trying to be processed at the same time causing the lag and permanant HD led light.
