Sending message came from the simcard sms setting...... check your message setting like message center..check the home network what simcard you used. by the way your phone receive message you can call or receive call if yes the problem of your phone is wrong message center number... check it
go to message/message setting/message center. check the number if correct or not..

To get GPRS/MMS setting, you need to contact your service
provider through phone or go directly to their office.
They will send you the settings for your model. You will
receive service settings in the special text message called as smart message.
Please save the settings to your phone and set it has default settings. Then
you can start using the GPRS/MMS in your phone.
