Try putting your phone in "Mass Storage" or "Disk" mode, it's under Tools on most LGs. If your phone doesn't have that option, try simply plugging your phone into the computer and letting Windows search for the driver. If all else fails, consult LG's web page for your phone, they should have the driver available for download.
