Phone line and fax machine

ou may have inadvertently changed it from "Auto Fax" to "Manul". From the Xerox knowledge base website at:
http://office.support.xerox.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.cgi/,/?St=12,E=0000000000022752235,K=612,Sxi=13,Case=obj(18044)

Print the fax received in manual mode by:
When a fax is received, your machine sounds the ringer. Then you will hear a fax tone. Press On Hook Dial and then Start Copy/Fax. The machine prints the fax and returns to Standby Mode when the reception is completed.

To change back to "Auto Mode", follow the instructions at:

I have a Xerox, Workcentre 580 and I am getting a fuser error

On this model, the heat roll has a temperature sensor. If the heat roll is worn and coated with toner, this will damage the sensor. Most common problem is this sensor goes out when a heat roll is badly worn. Circuit boards on this model are pretty reliable.
This sounds like a fuser rebuild.

I need the part # for a pickup roller

If anything else fails, call Xerox and ask for parts support. They might be able to sell you the part. Keep in mind you might have to purchase the whole paper feed assembly, not just the roller.
good luck.

If your unit is out of warranty, sadly but true go get a new equipment. Xerox will probably charge por parts and service almost what you paid for the equipment.
