Question about Computers & Internet
It is normally "shift" "2" but there have been reported some problems with the keyboards being messed up, moving the @ sign to the " (quotation mark) try pressing "shift" "quote" mark and see if that's where it is hiding. if it is I would contact Samsung and get my money back or at least a replacement computer.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
