I don't know why you're using the Adobe Reader to download your pics. You should be using the software that came with the camera or software that is already on your computer. The easiest procedure and the one the pros use is to use a separate card reader. You create a folder on your desktop and using the card reader, drag and drop your picture files into the folder. Once there, you can view them, save them to places such as "my pictures", e-mail them, etc. The Adobe Reader is uploading - typrice_152.jpg

Looking for instructions for one for all remote

Hi,

You can download the instructions and codes for the one for all URC4220 here:

http://www.oneforall.com/uploads/support/8210f6981b8d184d890a27645d6c32df.pdf

Click the link and the instructions will open in a new browser window. You can then view, print and/or save the file to your PC for future reference. If you are unable to open the instructions, you may also need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

If you are unable to download the instructions or you need instructions for a different remote, please post back and I will provide a link where you can download them.

Regards,
BElectric

Pictures suddenly won't upload to computer

Hello and welcome to FixYa

Please go to a electronics store and buy a USB card reader. I bought one last week and it cost $0.5 so its cheap as dirt. Then simply remove the card from your camera , pop it into the reader and the pictures will appear on a drive like a flashdrive in your my computer folder.

This is a much better option than using the camera's cable as it is faster , safer , saves on your camera battery and you don't need to install any software or drivers.

The card reader will most likely also still be compatible with any new camera you buy in future.

Once you insert the card into the reader , a storage disk will be created in "my computer". It will look like a flash drive and when you open it , there will be a few folders.

One of these folders will be something like DCMC and inside will be all the pictures on your card. Now just select the pictures you want to copy and copy them to the computer like you would any other file.

Kind Regards
Andrea
