Question about Apple MacBook Mac Notebook
I'm curious as to why you would want to install IE.The Mac version has been dead for years (ie. no longer exists) there is only the windows version now. You can run that under WINE (Crossover) or in windows itself (via Bootcamp) but that's a palava. If it's just one website giving you grief why not write them a letter complaining that they are not up to date and that IE is now a minority browser.

Yes you can but not the newest version, there are some ways to do this:
Using WineBottler, on the next link explain how to do it http://osxdaily.com/2010/04/20/run-internet-explorer-on-your-mac/
You can download the 5.2.3 version from the next two links http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Internet-Utilities/Internet-Explorer.shtml http://internet-explorer.en.softonic.com/mac
And there is another way using a virtual machine software but it is more complex
