There is a firmware update for the Lexmark Pro900 Series printer that addresses print quality issues. Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark Pro900 Series Firmware Update. After successfully updating your printer, try to print, scan or make a copy again to verify that the problem is fixed. Should the problem continue, it might be a printhead problem. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for further assistance.
Try to unplug and replug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, try to copy 2-sided again. Refer to the Lexmark 7500 Series User's Guide for the step-by-step instructions on how to copy on both sides of the paper.
Notes:
Use only plain paper in Letter or A4-size. Do not make duplex copies on envelopes, card stock, or photo paper.
You cannot print duplex through the PictBridge port.
Hmm...Likely a driver issue. Try downloading a new driver (more up-to-date. Remove the old driver first (Need help? Look on the net for 'Removing Printer drivers') I suggest unplugging the printer before installing the new driver as well. Ask a techy friend for help with this.
First of all u should make sure that ur able to print normal documents other than the email.....
If ur able to: Go to all Programmes Lexmark X4200 series open the Lexmark Solution Center.....Go to Maintenence and click on Alighn Cartridges..........That Should Fix the Problem if that doesnt fix it........Go to Printers Folder on the Control Panel right click on the Lexmark X4200 Series which has a check mark on it and click on Properties then click on Advanced click on Properties the Lexmark X4200 Series and LEMF will be selected by default......Change the LEMF to NTEMF 1.0008........Restart ur Computer it will work......... If ur Unable to: Uninstall the whole software.........Download the Drivers for the Printer from: Lexmark.comDownload the Drivers and tried to Install the Download drivers.........That should work............Thanku
