Question about Sony Handycam CCD-TRV25 Camcorder
One thing you can try is cleaning the video head with a head tape cleaner, "try first" second! use Q-Tips and rubbing alcohol, with right hand carefully clean the track as the head is slowly rotated, "clockwise motion" with left hand on top, if this fails the only other option is to have Sony assess the item, but it will be pricey.
