Question about HP Photosmart C4150 All-In-One InkJet Printer
If you filled your cartridges yourself:
Be sure to clean the cartridge head(where the ink comes out) with a cotton swab and some alcohol. If your cartridge had been empty for too long prior; they can dry up and clog inside - Not really fixable. There's also the possibility that the cartridge was damaged in the re-filling process. In which case, it'll need to be replaced. I've never had real luck with the do-it-yourself refill kits. And only acceptable quality from professional refill services.
If you had it refilled by a reputable service they should exchange it for another. So try bringing it back to them.
If you've already tried another cartridge; the contact point on the printer may have become dirty/damaged. You could try cleaning that with some rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.
If it still don't work; I suppose you'll need to find another expert, as I'd have to see it.
