Hello,
The most common issue on these units is the heater element. often the wire will just pop off and putting it back on will fix the issue. The dishwasher would need to be removed to check the heater element.

The dishwasher runs through it's cycle but does not clean the dishes properly and leaves a cloudy film and smears on the inside of the machine and the dishes

    Common Problem
  1. Confirm the wash water is hot
    1. Try heated wash(sani wash) if available
    2. Run hot water in sink to warm up before starting
    3. At least 120 degree Fahrenheit water temperature
  2. Open door check wash arm position start washer for a minute
    1. Confirm wash arm has rotated
    2. Check for plugged spray tips at either end of wash arm.
    3. Use small tweezers to remove
    4. Check for rack and dishes interfering with arm rotation
  3. Place cup in upper rack with opening up cycle washer.
    1. Confirm that cup quickly fills with water
    2. Not washing check water level in tub mim 1 1/2 inch
  4. Discontinue use of rinse/dry liquid additive.
    1. Confirm rinse/dry additive not leaking from dispenser into tub
    2. Washer detergent contains sparkle additive and too much sparkle/rinses/dry additive will coat dishes
    3. Try alternative wash detergent that contains minimal rinse/dry additive and use without liquid rinse/dry additive.
  5. It will take several wash cycles after the elimination of rinse/dry to purge the oily film from dishes and machine..
  6. If success "joy" is achieved with no additives then cautiously add back wash detergent with additives. Additives are important to facilitate drying and protecting the glassware china from leaching. The leaching process permanently etches the surface of glassware leaving a cloudy appearance.

If you're sure you're using enough soap, check that your hot water is connected and that you're using a hot-water wash (some dishwashers have a cold-water option, this will often give unsatisfactory results if washing greasy dishes - especially beef fat).

Dishes come out feeling gritty. Using Finish doesn't help

If you open the door immediately after the dishes are washed, and before the "dry" cycle, is the water hot enough to have "steam" coming out of the machine?
You should be able to feel the heat.
If not, perhaps the water is not getting hot enough to dissolve the dishwashing powder.
Could you try using a liquid soap once and see what happens?
Be blessed.

Dishwasher not drying dished with any heat source. Dishes washed in cold water.

Most dishwashers are plumbed to the hot side of the hot water side of the faucet. This should provide hot water for washing the dishes. Perhaps this dishwasher was plumbed to the cold water side by mistake.

Most dishwashers have a heating coil most of the way around under the bottom sliding/rolling dish rack. The heating coil may not be working, which would be consistent with the dishes not drying at the end of the cycle. Possible causes include incorrect setting selected on control console (push buttons) or timer, heating coil disconnected from electrical source at one end or both ends, faulty control circuit inside the timer, faulty wiring between the timer/control circuit and the heating coil, burned or pitted contacts in the control circuit.

When wash dishes, there is gritty like food on all the dishes and we use liquid for cleaning dishes. I rinse all dishes before I place in unit.....what is the problem?

There are many probable causes of failure .

To clean the dishes the water temperature is essential. It the water is not hot then the dishes will not be cleaned properly. So check the water temperature. The water temperature should be minimum of 140 degree Fahrenheit.

Also check the filter in your dishwasher for any debris accumulation.

If you are in an hard water zone , then try reducing the amount of detergent used and then try cleaning the dishes.

WATER DOES NOT CLEAN DISHES FILLS GOES THROUGH CYCLES DISHES STILL SOILED

First thing you must check, when dishwasher not washing dishes, is how hot is your water. Water has to be atleast 120 degrees F. If you're water isn't that hot you need to adjust your water heater..

Dishes crack when washing and also the time does not set less then 1hr19min.

if dishes are dishwash safe then the water heater is on too hot. if that hot water can hard boil an egg then its too hot.for the time try unplugging it for a minute and plug it back in. that should reset wash options.

Wash water isn't hot even after we run hot water in sink before turning on dish water. However rinse water is hot. It appears the heating element is not working on wash but is on rinse?
