P-45c shreeder motor runs but blades do not turn got all paper out but still do not turn

David,
More than likely, you have stripped the plastic gear inside. Those gears can sometimes be difficult to find and purchase. I would suggest trying to open up the top so that you can confirm if the gear is stripped. I would also suggest not putting as much paper through the shredder as they say it will handle. Hope this helps!

Where can you purchase repair parts? the teeth are stripped on one of the gears. I need a replacement gear for my Achiever SCS-6 Shredder.

I appreciate your intent to help solve my printer problem. However, I do not think it should require me to pay a fee to get an address to locate a Company to obtain a replacement part for my Achiever shredder.

Motor runs but blade does not move. Sounds like gear stripped or maybe clutch slipping.

It sounds like the spocket gear is stripped, the smaller gear drive may be stripped also. You will need to replace these parts. You can order them online at www.masterparts.net. The part should be listed in your owner's manual. If you do not have an owner's manual you can give your model number and I can try to find a copy for you. They also may have a parts break down Master Parts website. I hope this helps you!

Stripped gear in motor

I just spoke with Nostalgia Electrics Customer Service and they stated that they do not sell replacement parts of any type for this piece of CR4P! Seriously... why would anyone design a nylon gear in between two metal gears unless it was designed to fail.

Stripped gears on the focuser

Meade will not have parts, focusers are always replaced as an entire unit-- but if the mirror is still good you can buy a replacement focuser here:
