REMOVE BATTERY > Clean the terminals specially middle terminals of both battery&phone with dry cloth.install battery. If the problem persist then change battery.

You could just have a dead battery.
Motorola is known for having really bad batteries. Usually if you call them they'll send you a free replacement.
