Question about Canon imageRUNNER 5000 Copier
it can be the problem in fixing unit, probably the problem is in pressure between the upper fixing roller and lower silicon roller. These is solved by changing the bushings and fixing rollers.
Also the problem can be in moisturized paper, or if you don't set the paper settings correct, i.e. if you put the 10*13 paper in drawer, and under user mode is selected A4, because the machine then uses A4 settings for heating the fixing unit, or... it can be various faults and without seeing the problem its difficult to say what can you do to solve the problem...
