To be honest when you drop something like this you may have bent the frame, cracked a circuit board, who knows???
You may have to take this to a repair facility and tell them what has happened.

thats because when u write letters and it adds letters because theirs something will be on then ur finger is big or some then it press that thing the thing will come out like when u type on one letter it will come up something
You dont give a model ???? If this is an "electonic" typwriter check if you have a slide switch on the LHS labeled "PS"...you may have accidentaly put the switch into that position....it should be on 10, 12, etc .. to match the font of the printwheel in the T/W.
it is not a problem with your cursor, i think you didnt install the TOUCHPAD program of your Laptop that is why its jumping anywhere, install it to control your cursor on the screen.
