You can do that, though the amplification is enough to be heard but not always enough to be usefull. many tvs have a headphone jack located on the front or side panel.

How to hook earphones to toshiba 19sl410u

The 19SL410 has two audio outputs (analog RCA and digital). To connect your headphones, you'll need a 3.5 mm F to RCA M/M adapter. For an example, see http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3970880&CatId=466 . This will work for any earphones or headphones that will connect to a computer or most portable audio devices. (If they connect to your cordless or cell phone, you may need another adapter. Cordless phone headsets usually have a 2.5 mm plug.)

I hope this helps.

How to hook up my pc's audio to rca rs3531 to

In general, your PC's sound card (and its controlling software) will determine what it can connect to.
Even the most basic PC would have stereo analog output via the typical green 1/8" connector or a headphone jack that easily adapts to RCA pair for REAL audio connection. Any Line Level (AUX in your case) input EXCEPT PHONO would accept the PC's output. The output level would be controlled by the sound card software and settings.

I want to connect an iPod to my Marantz SR 5600, what type of cord do I need?

You need a jack-2cinch (differen name is jack to 2 RCA) cable. Jack goes to your iPod's phones output, cinch/RCA to amplifier (connect it to CD or DVD analog section at the back). While playing set volume to 50% to avoid distorted sound. This way you can connect any MP3 player to your amplifier.

I would like to connect my computer to my panasonic sa-ht800v unit and hear the sound thru the surround sound speakers

Any Line Level input EXCEPT PHONO would accept the PC's output. The output level would be controlled by the sound card software and settings.

The SA-HT800's single LINE Input would accept the Green stereo audio or speaker output from a standard PC, once adapted. Select VCR.

Find your PC's Sound Controls and enable the applicable input. make sure the volumes of both Inputs and Outputs are turned up.

Though not applicable to theGemini, more-advanced sound cards and audio hardware would have similar adaptable 5.1 or 7.1 (paired) analog outputs and / or digital audio outputs that conform to the s/pdif or Dolby Digital standards.

The Gemini's Output (Record Master) would perform similarly if adapted to your PC's audio input, whatever that may turn out to be (usually Mic, maybe Line In).

Does this DVD player support analog output?

For all DVD players, It will support analog if there's an RCA output jack (just like the old ones) for Video (Yellow) , left and right Audio jacks (white and red). S-Video connection is also analog.

If there's none, then that means you have to use an adapter to convert it to analog..

How do I conect external radio/speakers to my lg 42lh40-ua

There are many options here. Most HDTVs today have analog audio and digital audio output jacks. You can use RCA audio cables or a 3.5mm connector, whichever your HDTV has to connect the analog stereo output of the TV to any number of devices such as a stereo/amp which has speakers attached. You could also connect an FM transmitter to the TV and send the audio wirelessly to a nearby FM radio, boombox, portable etc. Most HDTVs today have a digital audio output, typically optical, which uses a digital audio cable ($15) to connect to a surround sound receiver. You can also connect the stereo analog output jack on the TV to a 2.4GHz transmitter and receiver speaker combo to get wireless audio outside, in a swimming pool and so forth, all around the house using wireless speakers. These setups usually cost around $150 or so. Look for the jack on the TV labeled AUDIO OUT and see if it is the white and red 2 jack ports or the smaller 3.5mm single jack port. Adapter cables are available at Radio Shack for around $10 should you need them. So you see the options are almost endless.
