Din pacate pentru tine, pentru acest model, Canon nu ofera suport pentru sistemele de operare Vista si Windows 7.
De pe aceasta pagina piti descarca drivere si software compatibil Windows Xp si precedentele versiuni.
Imi pare rau ca atrebuit sa-ti dau vesti proaste.
I am sorry to tell you that the driver does not exist for vista.
But you can try the one for windows XP from here:

Using the Windows XP driver MAY work. However, the D646Uex is not officially supported in Windows Vista. There is apparently some functionality limitations that prevent it from being officially compatible.

unfortunately your Cannon has not released drivers for vista for this product.
I can give you one suggestion; connect your scanner with vista PC and atleast let it try to install necessary USB drivers. once it has been done you will see message your hardware installed or there was a problem installing drivers for your hardware and it may not work properly.
now leave scanner connected and go in start menu- programs- accessories- paint
once you are in paint click on File Menu then From Scanners or Cameras. if it does recognize and you get scan wizard then you will be able to use your scanner on vista. but if it doesn't recognize then I am sorry you might need to get more authentic recommendation from Cannon support.
