If you bought a new bicycle, and that bicycle needs assembly, it is the law that all parts necessary for the proper functioning of the vehicle must be provided. If parts are missing, the correct chain of inquiry begins with the seller. They can then refer you to the manufacturer if they do not have the part that you're looking for. Make sure that you indicate to the seller that the necessary part was not included in the, "Kit". You should be able to attain the necessary part for free if you can verify where you bought it (they may, however, charge you for shipping and/or handling.)

Washed the cover of maxi cosi tobi.... there are 2 springy things sticking up and don t know where they should be in the cover or on the seat.

Hi,

If the springs are near where the childs shoulders would be, then these are supposed to attach inside the shoulder harness pads, you will notice that these make the harness spring open when you undo it.

Hope this helps.

I'm looking for an owner's manual for the MTD OEM 190-180 twin bagger. Mine is missing some small parts and the manual. Most of the parts are there, but evidently a couple of small brackets and the bolts...

You can download a user manual & parts manual here:

http://manuals.mtdproducts.com/mtd/public/list.jsp

You will need the model & serial numbers from under the seat.

Graco nautilus 3 in 1 car seat need help with strap installation

Yeah its a bit tricky. ON the fron of the car seat there is a strap that goes intot he seat and has a button to lossen it. Press it down to lossen that strap then flip seat over and on the bottom you will find other end of the same strap and it has a brass t-fitting. Take it and pull it up the back side of seat and the shoulder straps fit into the brass fitting then tighten by pulling strap in front of chair.

HAve fun ;)

I have a quinny buzz 3 wheel pushchair. i brought it 2nd hand. iT COMES With 2 parts a crib and a child seat. i do not know how to fit the crib on to the frame as i think that there is something missing....

There is a plastic adapter part that is supposed to come with the bassinet. There's one for each side where the Bassinet attaches. It's the same part that's also used to attach the car seat. I suggest seeing if you can purchase just that adapter on the Quinny website.

Where do i attatch the straps in the back?

The straps that are attached to the seat are supposed to be used with the LATCH system that has been built into newer cars. You use the straps on the carseat to hook into metal loops under the seat instead of using the seat belt. If you aren't sure whether you have the latch system in your car or not, consult your owners manual or call a dealership and they should be able to tell you.

I cant get my kirby to blow out...bag is removed from seating...its plugged in...i attach the hose to the place where the bag goes, but it wont run

I did get it to work! It was a struggle, but It finally hit that hidden switch just right. The hose attaches to where the bag goes, and it just wouldnt seat properly. I suppose there might be some wear there on the hose end that twists in .
