E10 on the drying cycle normally indicates a failure to take in water during drying
this is usually a failure of the triple water valve unplug your unit take the top off you will see the valve at the rear of the appliance change out the water valve and you should be up and running again the service manual states that it could be the triple water valve , the wiring , or the main control board if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks Rick

    hello Missy,

does fitted into the kitchen unit mean that the machine is inside of a closet area? if this is the case you would have to remove the entire unit out of the closet area so that you can access and have room to work on your unit. there are three screws along the back of the unit that hold down the top panel unscrew these and slide the top panel towards the back of the machine then remove the top panel. if you have any further questions message me back I try to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction on all my chats. If needed I can walk you through step by step to replace the valve. One of the first things you do in any type of appliance repair is unplug the machine. Message me back with any further questions that you may have I await your reply Thanks Rick

hi missy, that error code refers to water is not going into your machine either your water valve is off or water is not able to go past the water valve which would mean the water valve is faulty if the water to the unit is turned on then this would be a bad valve I await your reply Thanks Rick

ps if you have the water faucet off this would also cause this error code and you would unplug the machine for 7 minutes and turn the faucet on and after 7 minutes replug you unit in and try again running the unit and see if the error 10 comes up again Thanks Rick

My Zanussi ZWF14581 washing machine shows an error

The error code E10 is in relation to low water pressure.Have you checked that the hose at rear is not kinked or check the filters in the ends of the hose. Also make sure when you have hose off check the pressure in the supply. If all that is ok then it could be a faulty solenoid valve.

Hope this helps.

Zanussi ZJD1219 Washer/Dryer - noisy spin and dirty spots

Sounds like the main drum bearings have failed, and the marks on clothes are probably grease spots from the main bearings.
It is quite an involved repair, and not one that I would recommend you tackle yourself unless you are competent to do so,as it really is involved.
Please rate my solution.

E10 code on a zanussi jet system washer

Is it a washer-dryer? E10 relates to a fault with the inlet valve.....usually the valve itself going open circuit.

E10 error code

I had this problem, the washer/dryer stopped working while in the drying cycle and displayed e10 message. It was caused by a faulty three-way inlet valve. The solenoid controlling flow to dryer condenser proved to be open circuit. Pulled washer out from under counter top, unplugged, removed top cover, tested solenoid circuits with ohm meter and found one solenoid was faulty. The filter going into the unit was clear. Replaced whole three way component with one ordered on Internet and all now works fine. Noticed that during drying cycle, water to condenser is constantly being switched on and off, explaining why the green condenser solenoid is the one that wears out first.

Error code 20

Hi, I also got the error code E20 when the filter became totally blocked during the washing cycle (due to a pair of my son's old work jeans!). Once I cleaned out the filter everything worked ok again. Put a large bowl under the filter as you unscrew it; a fair amount of water could be there. Regards, John
