That's not a code, 004 means the working hours left before the next oil change.
The display always start at 100 and count down all the way to zero.
If you don't change the oil and reset the count down you will start seeing negative numbers, meaning that oil change is due.
To reset the counter once you change the oil do the following:
Cycle engine control switch from the Run/Idle to Run position 3 times.

If this was useful to you, please vote. Thank you..

Miller trailblazer 302 it has 110 volts but no 220 volts

Both sets of the 120? If both of those are there (all 4 outlets), then the machine is producing 220v. So get a flashlight and look into the holes on the 220 receptacle, or check the wires on the backside of the receptacle. All that 220 is, is two 120 volts out of phase.

My 302 diesel trailblazer runs for a few minutes then shuts down and flashes HI H20 code ,the manual says its a coolant issue but even with the proper amount of coolant it still does this

You need to "burp" you're coolant system. To do this find the upper Radiator Elbow where it goes into the engine, then, use an allen head to unscrew bleeding screw (for lack of better term). place Rags under so as the spilling coolant is caught as best you can (it's basically a fill bolt style, fill radiator until coolant seeps from that hole, lock her back up, repeat testing.
