Do you mean a visa issued by the UK for an Italian visitor to there?

Or an Italian passport issued by the Italian consulate in the UK?

The British do not issue Italian passports anytime.

Settings - General - Language
There is a dropdown menu that lets you select the language you want to use

This might be due to software compatibility issues with Win 7.

Try running the program in "Windows 7 Compatibility Mode", there are not assurance it will work. Hope it work for you & good luck.

it is due to incompatibilty with your current windows version or i think it requires special software like flash player to run it. just read at the back of your cd/dvd cover for system requirements.
