I think you are encountering system tool not support tool. First of all you need to run your computer on safemode with networking.

restart the pc and tap on F8 continuously. If F8 wont work you may use F5.
Select safemode with networking.

You may want to do system restore since it is proven to work.

Go to start button->all programs->accesories->system tool>system restore>follow the wizard and select the best date to return the computer on good state.

You may also use the fake anti virus removal link in removing it.(be sure you are still on the safemode.

Download SuperAntispyware Portable. If you can't download it on the infected machine, do it on a different one and copy it to a flash drive. You may need to rename the file iexplore.exe and then run it if the malware is blocking it from running.

How continue an interrupted upload to DRIVE

Upload Files Faster
Uploading files to the Internet is one of the easiest ways to make a file accessible to a large number of people.
However, large files can take a long time to upload completely.
By compressing the file before the upload process, you can cut down on the amount of time required to both upload and download the file.

Locate the file you plan to upload on your hard drive or external data storage device.
Right-click on the file and wait for the menu of options to appear.
Hover your mouse over the "Send-To" option and select "Compressed Folder."

Allow the new compressed file to be created.
It will be stored in the same folder as your original file.

Connect to your Internet hosting service and upload the compressed folder as if it were any other file.
The amount of time required for the upload will be severely reduced.

How to Resume an Upload

If you mean downloading has been interrupted ?
Resume a Download After a Lost Connection
Your file almost finished downloading when the Internet went down for the count, but don't worry. Whether the modem can be refreshed to start the connection or not, many times a download can be recovered so that a computer can resume where it left off instead of restarting from the beginning.
The best way to do this is to set up a download caching feature ahead of time.
Luckily, the two most popular browsers, Windows Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, both include just such a feature.

Select "Tools" from the top menu in the Firefox browser to bring down a dropdown menu. On this menu, select "Downloads."
Find the download that needs to be resumed in the resulting "Downloads" window.

Right click on the download and select "Resume."
The download will start from the nearest completed point in its cache.

Internet Explorer

Right click on the download and select "Resume."

Save the file to be downloaded to the same location on the computer's hard drive and name it the same as it was named the first time it was downloaded.
Do this by selecting "Save" from the dialog menu, selecting the place it had been downloading to previously, naming it appropriately (or leave it as it was if the name wasn't changed) and clicking "Save" again.

The file download should resume from the nearest completed point that Internet Explorer has in its cache.

Ive been blue screened and can only access firefox and cannot open anything else.....MS removal tool keeps coming up

The MS Removal Tool is an infection categorized as a rogue anti-spyware program as it pretends to be an anti-virus program. You may need to boot to safe mode to remove it completely.
If you cannot do anything, you may want to try System Restore.
- Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore.

If System Restore does not work, proceed to the next steps.
When installed, the infection files will be created in a random named folder such as the ones below:
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\\
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\\
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\\.exe

In order to view and delete these files you must unhide files and folders.
  1. Double-click on the My Computer icon.
  2. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
  3. After the new window appears select the View tab.
  4. Put a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Display the contents of system folders.
  5. Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
  6. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.
  7. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
  8. Press the Apply button and then the OK button and shutdown My Computer.

Download Malwarebytes from this link.
After Malwarebytes is downloaded, double click the downloaded file to install the application on your computer. Once installed, double click on the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO icon to start the program.
When the application is open, select Scan and the application will guide you through the remaining steps
Hope this helps.

I have 38 viruses

On the 2nd Tuesday of every month, Microsoft releases a free tool to address virus infections. The tool is called Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. It is usually downloaded in an infected computer's hard drive but if this cannot be done, the tool can be loaded into a USB stick or thumbdrive on another computer then inserted into the infected computer's USB port to be run. Microsoft also has online tools to scan and remove malware. For more information and download go to .... http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx

You will need to download Malwarebytes at http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&oId=3000-8022_4-10804572&ontId=8022_4&spi=5140d1b496d649f9fd6a1753b6b61dfd&lop=link&tag=tdw_dltext&ltype=dl_dlnow&pid=11665648&mfgId=6290020&merId=6290020&pguid=bSHb7goOYI8AAEDK-YkAAAAs&destUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fdownload.cnet.com%2F3001-8022_4-10804572.html%3Fspi%3D5140d1b496d649f9fd6a1753b6b61dfd%26part%3Ddl-10804572
. Here instructions: a) Burn these programs to CD or write them to USB disk (you can use an MP3 player):
Spyware Doctor ( http://www.2-viruses.com/spdoc.exe ) Registry fix : http://www.2-viruses.com/wp-content/uploads/exeregfix.reg to restore normal execution of registry You might want to download Hitman Pro or Malwarebytes as alternate scanners. Though you are likely to be able to download them later on. b) Boot normally. Wait for XP Security Tool 2011 to launch, and run exeregfix.reg . This should allow launching legitimate programs c) Delete or remove the files that are mentioned in our files box. You can use Spyware Doctor to identify the infected files and additional infections. Do not forget update it before scanning. Remove what it finds. d) Scan with Spyware Doctor and secondary tools and reboot your PC. This should fully get rid of XP Security Tool 2011.

You have malware and a nasty one at that. You need access to the internet from another computer. You will also need a portable flash drive or a USB drive to carry files back to the infected machine. Go to www.filehippo.com and in the center column under Malware, click on the view more text and scroll halfway down the column and download the latest version of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware Tool. Download this to the portable drive. Now, restart the infected computer by tapping the F8 key after you power it up. Keep tapping F8 until you see a multi-choice menu pop up. Choose "Safe Mode" and none of the others. When the computer loads in safe mode, insert the flash drive and wait for it to load and be recognized by the computer. Open the drive and view the files. Double click on the MalwareBytes installer and go through the installation process. Uncheck the box that states "update files". Click the box that states "Load MalwareBytes When Finished". Run the program after it installs and select "Quick Scan" and only the quick scan. After the scan completes, it will show you a button that states "Show Results", all the infections will appear in a list marked in red. Now click the button that states "Remove Selected". Click on this and all infections will be deleted. Restart the computer normally and it should be clean. Now, there have been changes done to the network settings that are not letting you get online...we are going to fix that now. Open your browser window and to the right top of the screen look for the "Tools" button and click on it. Scroll down to "Internet Tools", now click on the "Connections" tab. Look to the bottom of that window and if anything in the lower part of the window is checked...uncheck it and hit apply. Anything that references "Proxy Server" should be unchecked. Click on OK, and check to see if you can get online. If you still have trouble, get back to me. Good Luck...ParrotHead
