If you do not use a phone modem to call to the internet or send fax or similar, you can disable the device, or if you insist on having it installed, hit start, then run, write msinfo32 and click ok, open components from the left then problem devices.
or Hold down windows key and press R, then write msinfo32 and continue as written before.
Send me the Device name, and the PNP id and the problem mentioned.
