54.16 error is caused by the magenta toner-level sensors.
The fix is to get the DC Controller replaced.
If you are not a technician, you will have to take the printer in to a repair center.

How to solve transport error on wincor nxdorf 4915xe

usually transport errors mean that something inside the printer is not allowing or not feeding the paper through properly , either a motor isn't kicking on, paper is not being picked up from the supply tray properly or there may be something caught in one of the stop sensors inside the printer that will not allow the paper to pass through properly. unfortunately the only way to fix that usually is to look at every sensor in the paper path and ensure nothing is blocking or holding any of the sensors open if none of those are blocked off then you may have a bad motor on one of the drives that pull the paper from one location to another inside the printer.

Tip

Error 5100 fix

This issue could or could not be with the printer itself. Try these steps below.

1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not,
press the Power button once more.
8. Run a test page, your printer should respond as normal.

If the steps above does not work for you, then you need to check printer for obstructions by checking the inside of your printer through the gears that you can see under the lid. There should be something obstructing the gears such as dirt. Also,
1. Clean the strip film.
2. Clean the strip film sensor (back of head carriage)(use contact cleaner).
3. Fix purge unit.

My printer keeps giving a false paper jam error message. How do I fix it?

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. If the problem persists, the cause of the error message could be a broken sensor or sensor lever.

Error on tally genicom 6312

found this on Tally Genicom's Website about your device.

Technical Services Note
MT6xx/T6xxx (All) Paper Motion Faults 11 May 1995
T645.039
If you are having problems with recurring Paper Motion Faults that don’t seem to stay
fixed by doing the paper motion sensor calibration, try the following:
· Check the back of the form along the left side to ensure there are no black (dark) areas
in the area of the tractor drive holes. (If there are, this is probably the problem. If not,
proceed on down this list.)
·
Clean the sensor on the upper left tractor then run the calibration routine again. If it’s
not better yet, continue.
·
With Tech Access ON, do the following:
Go into DIAG - Meters - Paper Motion and monitor the sensor reading with paper
installed and removed. If the reading with paper installed is in the 300 to 350 mVolt
range, change the sensor (even if it seems to run the calibration alright). A more
normal reading would be something greater than 600 mVolts for the MT691/6092 and
1000mVolts or greater in the 645/661. Don’t forget to recalibrate the sensor. If it’s
not fixed yet, try this next step.
·
Run a configuration printout and then do the following:
1. Clear the NV Ram (Tech Access feature ON)
2. Calibrate the Paper Motion and Paper Out sensors
3. Restore the configuration based on the print-out you just ran

Printer keeps getting jammed no matter what

clean all sensors and make sure you have good dry stock to run through it like a heavy 28 lb paper. also check the path of the paper and see where it stops it might be at the paper tray pickup or even the fuser. try running the machin with the covers open by jamming something into the cover sensor and see where the paper stops at.
