Copy user init from another computer. then boot your pc with a live cd then copy user init from there the same location of user init where you copied it. then restart your pc. if it still persist you can change registry using an ERD live cd. from there you go to the registry location for booting then change it from there. the most common solution for that is that you boot from live cd and back up your files. after that reformat or reinstall your hard drive.
