If you're using a laptop then look for the key that sends the image to the projector. Usually you have to connect the cable between the computer and laptop with both units powered down. That way when the PC boots it will see the projector is connected.
There is an option in the setup menus to re-orientate the picture, to flip it either vertically, horizontally or both to correct for the various installation options. You should be able to correct it quite easily :o)
Turn the projector on and leave in standby mode. To do this press the power on button for 10 seconds until the projector comes on. To unlock the main panel keys, press the MENU button for 10 seconds.
