After registering your device on the http://www.www.n-drive.co.za website, you will find the "continue download" option. Follow instructions. If you have already registered your unit, go to "Downloads" - "Updates" and follow instructions. (Use a USB cable to connect your navigator to a PC). This should take care of your issue. I purchased an Ndrive Touch as well from CTC. It too froze on me after upgrading to the software.
Customer service is non existant in the Ndrive corporation. I found that the units were experiencing problems due to software/hardware incompatiblilty. The underlying message......NDRIVE is purely garbage. Absolutely NO customer support.
