SOURCE: will an asus k8n-dre dual socket 940 eatx work on sr1500nx?

No it will not, eatx is a unique form factor. Now if you wanted to buy a new case that is compatible with that form factor you should have no issues.

How many processors supports my motherboard p4m80-m4 biostar ? specially can it support dual core processor...??? also tell me about supported graphics card please help me>>>???

You have a very old motherboard here. It only supports the older AGP 8x video cards. Good luck finding one of those anymore that is worth the price, and don't expect anything you find to be new in box. This is probably where your HD video woes start, although the board was never designed for the higher frame rates that HD requires to be viewable.

As far as the processor goes, this board has the Socket 478 for Intel processors. There are no dual-core processors that are supported by this socket. Here is a link to an article that shows what processors are supported by the socket. Be advised, however, that depending upon the BIOS revision on the board, some of these may not work properly, if at all.

Socket 478 Socket mPGA478B

Really, if you want to view HD, it's time for a real upgrade.

That is like socket 448, it is probably from a computer in the late 90's.
Sorry but you're best of burning that PC.

I want to change processor of gx260 without changing motherboard

The only way you can do that is just get another Intel Pentium 4( Socket MPGa478B) with more GHz (Gigahertz) You can not switch to a different type of processor.

Hi how can i connect from my pc's s-video socket to a projector which has a jack socket? I have all the right cables I've been told to press fn f4 but my pc doesn't have fn

If it's a laptop, they've usually got a vga connector on the rear panel which you can use to connect to an external monitor...or a projector if it's got the same (vga) connector. If your projector only has a jack socket, then that's not a standard connector for a video input and maybe you should consult your projector's user guide for clarification of the connectors (are you sure your jack socket isn't actually a phono or RCA socket? if it is, then your laptop video output signal probably isn't compatible with the projector as there's no way to make s-video output feed anything other than a s-video input (different signal levels and standards) Regards, nicam49
