Question about Samsung Televison & Video
Hello Sarah, sounds like a problem with the power supply inside the TV. When TVs detect a short circuit or anything that pulls the voltage down from optimum the set will go to standby mode(red light). It could be something simple or it could be major. There is only one way to know for sure,take it to a service centre,or get a tech to come to you.
