I can suggest you browse Delongi's web site for instructions. There should be user manuals and everything you need there.

I am going to give this a shot. There are 4 Tefal steamer manuals here. Hopefully this link has your manual.

You will need the free Acrobat Reader to view or print it in case you don't have it.

The parts I would suspect most are the internal fuse, the magnetron TCO (thermal cutout) or the oven cavity TCO.

To check or replace the latter, you'll need to remove the oven from the wall and remove the cover.

If so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.
