Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Hi I have homemaker dishwasher

Hello Colin,

Yale Prima are not specifically a parts company, but they are probably best placed to help you. They do have a spare parts manager to deal with customer service enquiries. I suggest contacting them unless you have not already done so:

http://www.yaleprima.com.au/support.html
Phone: 1300 366 155

If they are unable to help you, I should be able to find a replacement for you but you're going to have to help me to help you. Your dishwasher is an unbranded Chinese manufactured unit which has been given the Kmart house-brand 'Homemaker' badge and an arbitrary model number. This makes finding parts rather difficult.

That's the bad news. The good news is your dishwasher uses some common third-party components from major manufacturers which will also be used in some major brand appliances. The trick to finding the part is to identify a major brand dishwasher which uses the same controller and then search using the dishwasher manufacturer's part number, rather than the OEM (Invensys) part number. Hoover and Candy generally use Invensys controllers, so there's a good chance your controller was also fitted in some of their dishwashers.

That's where the good news ends. SM10 is only the motor number, 31E06 returns no results and 'Invensys 16' isn't the part number (too short) and it isn't a specific enough term to search for.

If you can find any other numbers on the timer/controller (not the motor) and/or upload one or two images of the controller somewhere on the internet and post the links here, I should be able to track it down for you.

Is this the one?

Or maybe it's more like this one?

Any additional information and/or images you can supply will be of great assistance!

Thanks,
BElectric

Wont turn off/stuck in drain mode

This sounds like a washer and not a dishwasher. The rubber you are referring to is the door gasket and it needs to be replaced in your case. It has got into the pump and it's plugging it. Please remove any debris from the pump and start the unit again.

What men cod e4 on dishwosher kenwood kdw12st3a

Hi

Error e4 on Kenmore usually occurs when there is drain clogging or due to debris stuck in the bottom of the dishwasher. Drain out the excess water from the dishwasher, now remove the mesh and the filter. Now, check and remove any food material or debris stuck. Now pour 1-2 litres of luke warm water and let this water drain. After this replace the parts and run the dishwasher on eco mode without any tablets or soap. Try this 2-3 times and then reset the dishwasher by unplugging it for 5-10 minutes.

Please post back for any further assistance.

Our Asko 1885 Dishwasher is stuck in drying mode

Check if the other functions of the dishwasher are OK such us when filling, draining or the heating element heats up properly. The control board may have detected some errors and it is not proceeding. You may have to have the parts involved in the faulty function checked out such as the valves for the drain and the fill if your machine is not filling or draining properly or filters blocked. Check the heating element and inspect the assembly for burns especially on the relays. The machine may not be heating correctly that is why it is not finishing the cycle. If these parts checks out OK, you may want to have the control board checked out or replaced.

My SHY56A05UC Basch dishwasher runs and dose not shut off

The dishwasher is stuck in drain mode because there is water in a catch leak area underneath, it may have been caused by soap suds over flow or disposal backup. Remove bottom kick plate and vacuum out any water, then run dishwasher again and look for water leaks.

Dishwater won't stop trying to drain even when door is opened

The drain valve is stuck open. This is electrically operated, but may have some debris inhibiting movement. If you can physically move it (with the power off) this should repair the problem.
