Old old question. Sometimes there is a removable plate on the back. You can run them on the outside just insert them in a larger copper tube for protection change the filter to a sporlan cap-t-032.

To change out your cap tube you will have to do the following.

Purchase cap tube replacement from supplier.

Recover your refrigerant.

Use your torch to remove the cap tube.

Weld in new cap tube (make sure you have it cut to the proper
length)

Pull a vacuum on the system.

Charge unit with recovered refrigerant.

Hi i am, an hvac tech looking at a true gdm72f freezer cabinet when compressor comes on the voltage drops from 209 to 181 this is a brand new compressor in this unit

It sounds like a power source problem. The longer the run from the circuit breaker box, the larger the wire needs to be. The max allowable voltage drop for a 298 v circ would be 188.10
You don't have the power needed to run that pump! Sounds like a job for "sparky" ;)
