Question about LG 47 in. Flat-Panel LCD HDTV

I have a 47 in LG flat screen that is just over a yr old. Just noticed that a horizontial line has appeared near the bottom of the screen. Any suggestions?

If it's still under warrenty, then I suggest calling the manufacture support line.

Lg 47ld450.ua line horizontal 1/4 down from top and down center picture still appears but screen flickers every few seconds sound good still what could it be 6 years old


The video processor is an issue. Is the picture quality ok otherwise, in which case it can be repaired fairly easily.

Two horizontal lines appeared near bottom of screen


You can spend $300 to $500 fixing this or just do the best thing most cost effective thing and replace the TV.

mostly panel issue but might be also the X-drives boards the x-drives are located in the bottom of the panel and they are horizontal oriented boards connected directly to the panel

2 yr old Panasonic Viera 37 in - has very narrow


This is a fault developing within the screen, the only remedy is to have the screen replaced, there is no exact answer to why this has happened, it is just the nature of a plasma screens make-up that sometimes a fault can develop like this within the characteristics the display

We just moved and noticed that our 1 yr old flat screen LCD TV has lines down the center and marks on the bottom of the screen. Is it destroyed?


There's physical damage on the address registry circuits and/or the LCD deflector its self. Tv needs a new LCD..... the cost is around $500 bucks
