Aopen digital engine de45-hg not switching on

buy dead? or lost the PC power pack in a move?
so PC never ran for you before lost power pack?
history ?
many power packs marked universal are junk, totally for many reasons. (watts too low, wrong voltage and worse pin out wrong.)

a very old core 2 PC. Intel GM45 chip set ich9m ,circa 2009.
the power pack by them is here from your manual.
"90W (20Vdc, 4.5A) AC TO DC POWER PACK Adapter
AC 100 ~ 240V" input)
below 90watts is NO GOOD AT ALL, no pack told by you.

Hadabad engine on a 2001FordMustang so I hadit replaced witha usedsame engineit cranksand hasa spark andfuel pressurebut it won't turn over and I have fuel in the car and the battery is charged help?!

Could be lots of things but would imagine ignition control replated. First off I would suspect a timing issue if this engine has not been started at all since you got it. Find a procedure to manually check/set the timing. The procedure will likely involve setting cylinder 1 to top dead center on the compression stroke and reading the timing marks at the harmonic balancer. . . ( large pulley on the front end of the engine's crankshaft)

Whenever I try to insert a disk into the machine, it does not accept it. Can anyone help me?

It seems that the 3.5-inch diskette drive in your computer is broken, and cannot read any media.

Take it to a professional computer technician, for trouble-shooting, and possible replacement.

Check that the "data" cable from the back of the drive is correctly connected both to the device and to the motherboard.
