Dear friend if you are using internet explorer just give a try to mozilla firefox once.
and if you still need internet explorer i think you might be using windows XP.
Click Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > then click on Add remove windows components > search for "Internet Explorer" it will have a tick mark in front of it. now "Untick" (unselect) it and press Next this will uninstall your internet explorer from your windows. now reboot your Computer.

now you have to install the internet explorer for that you have to do the process again

Click Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > then click on Add remove windows components > search for "Internet Explorer" it will have a no tick mark in front of it. now "Tick" (select) it and press Next this will install your internet explorer to your windows. now reboot your Computer.

now your internet explorer will work as a new one but with older bookmarks and settings.
try using Firefox once
and dont forget to rate my suggestion

Thanks

Registry errors

You may have encountered the following message while browsing certain websites:

"Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://<website>.com. Operation aborted."

This really has nothing to do with your browser or your computer. You get this error because of faulty web coding from the webmaster's end.

IE displays this error when it is unable to open a particular element on a web page.

There are many things you can do to troubleshoot this kind of problem.

Upgrade Internet Explorer.

This problem does not occur in Internet Explorer 8. Navigate to Microsoft download Center and click on the "Download" button to upgrade to IE8 or IE9 (see Below).

http://download.cnet.com/windows-internet-explorer-8/3000-2356_4-10910662.html

IE 8

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx

IE 9

Click on "Tools" and select "Internet Options." Hit the "Advanced" tab.

Click to remove the check mark next to "Show friendly HTTP error messages" under "Browsing" sub-headings.

Click on "Apply" and hit "OK." Please note this works mostly for Internet Explorer 6, although there is no harm in trying this on older or newer versions.

Add the specific website that is producing "Operation aborted" error under "Restricted Sites."

Click on the "Security" tab under "Internet Options."

Single-click to highlight "Restricted Sites."

Hit on the "Sites" button and click on "Add."

Type the URL of the website and hit "OK."

This works for Internet Explorer 7, but again, you can try this in earlier versions.

Disable or require prompt for "Active Scripting" when you view the specific website.

Click on the "Security" tab.

Click to highlight 'Restricted Sites" zone.

Navigate down to the sub-heading "Scripting."

Click to select "Disabled" under "Active Scripting."

You may also choose "Prompt" if you want IE to issue a prompt when opening the specific web page or website.

If you are still worried about the registry or need to fix any problems with it

You can run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info

Hope this helps.

My internet explor has blocked pages from certain wesites how do i fix?

Depending on the way that the Internet Explorer Web browser's "Security" settings are configured, the browser may be blocking your access from certain pages.

The browser itself (based on information from Microsoft) may have deemed these pages insecure and dangerous, or you may have accidentally blocked the page yourself.

You can stop Internet Explorer from blocking websites by going through the program's "Security" settings page.

Open Internet Explorer.

Click "Tools."

Click "Internet Options."

Click "Security."

Click on the "Restricted Sites" icon and then the "Sites" button.

Click on the name of the website that you do not want blocked anymore, from the list of restricted sites.

Click "Remove." Click "OK" to save your changes and Internet Explorer will no longer be blocking that specific website.

Hope this helps

Why is Google page in tiny print through google chrome all of a sudden ?Also you tube is zoomed to the max.I can't view you tube.Everything else is ok on other sites. Please help

Conduit is malware. Get rid of it first, and reboot. Start by downloading the free version of Malwarebytes (Anti-Malware) from https://www.malwarebytes.com/ install it and run it - that takes an hour or more. It should locate and deal with malware like Conduit in your computer. Then reboot and try again.
There are more detailed methods if that did not remove it all.

MY INTERNET EXPLORER STOPS FREQENTLY

You might have a virus or infection that is causing it.

First open your Internet Options in the Control Panel (it might be under Network) and go to the Advanced tab and hit the Reset button to reset Internet Explorer to the default settings.

Download and install MalwareBytes and run a Quick Scan.

Go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "Download cnet Malwarebytes" (without the quotes). Download and install malwarebytes from the sites download.cnet/malwarebytes. When the site opens up click on the Green Download button on the left. Do not click the Red Download button, that's junk. When it finishes installing the Gui Interface will open up with an offer to Accept a Trial Version or Decline. CLICK DECLINE you want the totally free version. Run a QUICK SCAN. As it scans, if it finds infections the number will be in red. When it finishes scanning, click SHOW RESULTS. A notepad text document will open up showing you the results. You can close the text document and go back to the Gui Interface where you will click REMOVE SELECTED RESULTS. The objects will already be selected for you. When it finishes removing the objects click ok and it will sometimes reboot your machine.

Try using a better broswer. Internet Explorer is the worst.

Try downloading Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome. Unlike Internet Explorer they install in less than 5 minutes and they are faster and safer than Internet Explorer.

Go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "Download Mozilla Firefox" (without the quotes). Download and Install Mozilla Firefox from Mozilla's website. Do the same thing for Opera and Google Chrome.

I've put the links of each one below so if you like you can just click on them to go to their site to do the download and install.

My internet explorer won't open

Welcome to FixYa!
Based on what you've said, we have a few options we could used:
Resetting the internet explorer settings.
  • Go to the start menu, click control panel, look for internet options and then click on it.
  • Once your on internet options, look for the advanced tab, click it.
  • Look on the bottom part of the page and look for Reset Default settings or just the word Reset.
  • Click it. Then just follow the instructions. This should allow your IE to work.
If internet explorer will still not come up, it means the program is already corrupted and you need to have it reinstalled back into your pc.
Hope this helps! Thank you for using FixYa!

I instaleld defender pro 5 in 1 and i cannot access internet through Internet explorer, google or firefox

There vare two things you can try right off the bat. First, open explorer and on the right side click on the drop down menu "Tools". scroll to the bottom and choose internet options. Then click on the "Connections" tab. At the bottom click on LAN settings. Make sure everything there is UNCHECKED. If all is normal there, then open the device manager and scroll down to the network devices and try uninstalling them. Once they are uninstalled, reboot the machine and let windows recognize them and reinstall the drivers for them to get fresh settings.

Unplug and plug your internet access back in, then try again, reboot your computer. If it still doesn't work, it's probably the web site. You may also be using the web site during peak hours. Try again a little later
