Hi

connect your card to the computer, after youcard have successfully read in the computer, go to the place where your card, usually in the my computer icon and then drive e, f, g, h or so.
then copy the picture you want and paste it on your card

How do i take pics off my computer, onto a sandisk?

plug in the flash drive and it should ask you what you would like to do. click on open folder to view files, then simply drag and drop/copy and paste the pics you want into it.

if it doesnt auto load, click start, then my computer and your flash drive should be there, (usually under E or F drive) double click to open it and do as above.

I have been given a memory stick. How do I load

Plug it into a u.s.b. port, go to start, my computer, look for the new removable drive, (the computer will name it) when you see the new name, such as, "j" drive or "k" drive or "I" drive, whatever it is called. Then to start, my picture's, right click the pic. you wish to load, use the option, "send to" and send it to the new drive.

Depends on the phone but yes your pics will be there but depends on the card and the way it was formatted if the phone will reconise the card, but in general yes they will be available on the other phone.

Micro SD 2 GB just stopped working

The PIC or EEPROM inside these cards may not be working. I guess you best bet is to buy a new one try Kingston brand or go with another Sandisk.

My Nikon Coolpix 2100 Lexar starter memory card has become unreadable

It sounds like your Dazzle is not compatible with the sandisk. Maybe the Sandisk CF UltraII card have a new update software in it.
