At a hospital supply store. You can also purchase it at the larger hospitals pharmacy. they can order the parts for you.

Hospital supply stores are listed in your yellow pages. You can find them under medical supply.

if you are talking about the handles that you put your hands on to push the person in the wheelchair then the best place to get them is at your local bicycle shop. The bike shop may even carry the other part your looking for too.

My invacare pronto m41 is very hard to turn on and off. Do I need to replace the keypad or the joystick?

The back of the keypad has a flexible metallic coating that comes in contact with a non-flexible metallic circuit under it to activate the switch. With thousands of pushes, this metallic coating wears off and must be replaced by replacing the entire keypad. Sometimes, debris can get underneath the keypad which interferes with the contact, and cleaning with alcohol will clear the problem.

I need to replace the tires and casters on my probasics wheelchair. I am not sure what I should order and whether the tires come on the wheels ot what.

As a general rule, it is best to replace the caster as a complete assembly consisting of tire and wheel hub. Usually this is the only way to replace casters when the tire is molded on to the wheel hub. It is the best way to replace the caster since you get a tire, wheel hub and 2 new bearings.
With regard to the drive wheels on a manual wheelchair you can get just a new tire. With a plastic mag wheel and hand-rim you can sometimes get just a replacement snap-on tire to replace the existing.(Snaps on like a rubber band using tire irons). If the hand-rim, wheel, spokes, and bearings are worn or broken, you are usually better off replacing the wheel assembly. With power chairs, it is more cost effective to only replace the drive tires and use the existing wheel rims. Hope this helps.

I am looking for a rear wheel tire ,bearings, hub, for this. Is there a parts ordering company that I can order from

http://www.ctmhomecare.com/About_Us/index.asp?tStyle=01

Here's the link for the CTM website where you can call to order what you need. These are split-rims and are a bear to get the old tires off and new tires on if you don't know what you are doing, so just order a set of bearings(inner and outer; they're the same size), and the wheel and tire assembly(tire comes mounted on the wheel).

My daughter want to change her Scion alloy mag

That's definitely possible.

She'll need to thoroughly wash the wheel.
Then she'll need to sand the wheel down using 120 to 320 grit sandpaper in order to remove the gloss from the current finish and prepare it for primer. If your wheels are chrome, you need to get below the glossy surface to the dull finish below. Use 600 grit sandpaper to smooth out the the rim.
Then use a rag to remove the remaining dust.

If the tire is still on the wheel, tape and cover up the tire.

Lay the rim down on a flat surface in a well ventilated area and spray 2 to 3 coats of primer

Once it dries, gently sand it again with 600 grit sandpaper to to smooth it out again. use a rag to remove the excess dust.

Then spray 2 to 3 coats of the paint that she wants. and let dry.
Sand again to remove any runs in the paint.

Then spray 2 to 3 coats of clear coat. sand with 1000 to 1500 to remove any burrs. Then use a polishing agent to bring the shine back

Horseshoe clip back on?

Lay the clip on the turntable with the legs in the groove. Using needle nosed pliers, point them straight down and reach down and squeeze the clip into place.

Wheel broke of my Power Chair

I assume you are referring to the caster tire, not the drive tire. You will need to check to see if the rim is a split-rim or a solid rim. A split-rim will have 4 or more bolts holding the two halves of the rim together. If you have flat-free tires i.e., foam-filled solid tires, evidenced by the lack of a valve stem which is used to inflate non-flat-free tires (pneumatic), you would remove the wheel from the caster by rermoving the center bolt acting as the axle. Then remove the bolts holding the rims together. Reposition tire on top of one of the rim halves, then place the other rim half on top so that the bolt holes in the top one line up with the holes in the bottom one. You need to buy a couple of bolts that are about 3/4 in or more longer than the bolts that you removed, as you now must press the two halves back together and the stock bolts probably won't reach through. Put the two longer bolts in opposite of each other in two holes and tighten down. When the rims are pressed together, then put the stock bolts in, remove the two longer ones and replace with stock bolts. Place wheel back on the caster. If you have pneumatic tires (requiring air), make sure to always deflate the tire completely before attempting to loosen the bolts holding the rim-halves together. The same process is used for drive tire replacement. If the rims are not split rims, then it is easiest to buy an entire new wheel and tire as getting it back on is quite a chore requiring a press and lots of tequila! It's easy to break the rims. Good luck.

Bought 3 yr.old MPV4 with dead batteries and flat tires. Can I put foam filled tires on the current rims, do it myself, and use the same rims? What size are the tires? where can I get a manual without...

You should be able to get batteries from the Company or a company that sells wheelchair batteries, as far as the tires, those type of wheelchair wheels are a lot smaller than standard wheels, I don't think you'd have much luck with that, they make tires that aren't foam filled, but are solid rubber wheels, and that would be more what you would need in that type of hoverround.. as for the manual, look online, go to their website, www.hoverround.com if not ask around. Good Luck

Remote problem

Look carefully at the buttons and see if one of the rubber buttons is slightly pressed in, ever so slightly!!! look ever so carefully to see of the OUTER rim of the rubber button is off the plastic rim of the R\C [ remote control] usually PUSHED IN at the RIM ot the rubber button. That causes a short and confuses the r.c in two diferent directions.
