My mouse will not work properly. I have changed batteries,checked connections this setup is only 2months old,I shoulnt have to pay for anything. It. is a logitechex110

Ok after changing the batteris same problem means uninstall the Mouse software which was installed when u first connected the mouse . after uninstalling reinstall again then it will work properly

How do I setup a wireless mouse on a desktop


To setup a wireless mouse regardless of its type, do the following:

1. Insert the USB transmitter (this could look like a mini plug or a stick) and wait for windows to complete installation.
2. Once this is successful, turn on the mouse by holding down the power button. Or insert the disc that came with the mouse and run the installer. The installer will install the device drivers and setup your mouse's configuration panel which will reside in your system tray.

Make sure that the mouse has batteries and that it is switched on for it to work. It will glow red when it is switched on.

I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and I can't type anything I changed the batteries and its acting like it has no power, nothing is working on the key board but the mouse is working. Thanks Tate


1) make sure your batteries are inserted correctly
2) make sure when you insert the USB sending unit into a port that the USB port is working
3) press the connect button on the sending unit and also the connect buttons on the bottom of the keyboard and mouse.
3) make sure in the system setup that USB is enabled.

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.

LX 500 Keyboard not working mouse fine


Normal 0 Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.

INSTALLING THE MOUSE

STEP 1 - Battery Installation:
The first step in installing your Wireless Wheel Mouse is to install the batteries.
1 - Locate the two AAA sized 1.5 Volt batteries that came in your Wireless Wheel Mouse package.
2 - Remove the battery compartment cover located on top of your mouse by pressing the cover release button and sliding the cover backwards.
3 - Install the two batteries into the compartment paying close attention to proper polarities.
4 - Replace the battery compartment cover.

STEP 2 - Connecting the Receiver:
If you are connecting the mouse to a notebook that has an onboard pointing device or if you are using a keyboard with an onboard pointing device, you may need to
disable that device before installing and using the mouse.

Cant get Pointer to move


First try
