These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. No picture no sound, red light on, left unplugged over-nite, no change. Turn on/off a number of times, got back perfect picture/sound. Turn off, same problem, no picture/sound, red light on. Tried...

First if the model number is right here: When the red light is on about 80% of the set inside is powered up and running all out.

On these sets if you turn it off and the red light does not go out one of the relays on the power board is engaged or stuck in the closed position.

If I remember this model it has three black rectangular plastic relays on the power supply board(follow power cord into the set to see if this is the case.)

Relays have voltage and type marked on top (like 12 vdc etc).

Carefully with back removed what I would do is with something NOT metal tap on each relay until (with set turned off) the red light goes out.

That is the bad relay----if set has 3 I usually replace all as only 4 solder connections each and they are not real expensive.

I saw one of these sets where the customer had been gone for a month and when she returned set appeared to be off but Red light for power was on.

The set was so hot I tapped on the relays and then when I knew which was bad shut the set off and unplugged it to let it cool off.

I am saying if you leave the set plugged in and the red light is on There is the chance it may overheat to the point where you could have a fire.

Let me know if you have questions.

Bluetooth wont charge or power on. when charging the red light comes on. once disconnected from charger it wont come on

Indicator Lights:
1.Headset Status Headset Indicator Light
2.Powering on Steady blue, then intermittent flashes
(changes to standby mode)
3.Powering off Red appears and goes off
4.Standby Blue intermittent flashes
5.Charging battery Red solid light. Light indicator turns off when
battery is fully charged and headset is off.
6.Low battery Triple red flashes
7.Pairing mode Blue/red alternating flashes
8.Missed call Purple flashes. Press the call control button
to cancel flashing light.
9.Incoming call Triple blue flashes when ringing.
Power on and off:
1.Turn on the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows blue. You will hear ascending
tones.
2.Turn off the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows red. You will hear descending
tones. When power is off, indicator stays off.
If none of this is helpful then it may be that your battery is dead, if that is the case then you will need to replace the whole headset. The battery's are not replaceable.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

I think you have problems with the digital main PWB.
