Question about Garden
Flip the mower up on its back, supporting it properly so it doesn't fall on you. you should be able to turn the blade(s) manually, if not then something is preventing it from turning. if there is nothing in the blade box jammed, it may be in the belt drive assembly, perhaps a stick or rock flew up in there and got caught, it happens quite often. the only other thing might be bearing on the shaft have locked up, but you would have heard this happening long before they actaully froze, good luck
