Question about Air Tools & Compressors
After you replaced the compressor,did you vacuum it down to remove any outside air in the system?(Better yet did you use Nitrogen to dry the system???)then vacuum down and then hold vacuum for at least 5 minutes per EPA specs? if the compressor kit isnt made for the unit(After-Market) within specs it will not last due to the tolerances of the old compressor with new part installed and will let in outside air enter and destroy the internal compressor components and leak out the new charge of R-134a refrigerant anyway
