Does anyone know exactly what the instruction at 0x755aee49 referenced memory at 0xa3ffff24 the memory could not be written error is and how to resolve it.

>> the instruction at 0x755aee49 referenced memory at 0xa3ffff24 the memory could not be written

You launched some program, and Windows chose to load some of the program at the first address, and then the program tried to write some bits/bytes/words/data to the second address, but Windows has allocated the memory at that address to some other program (or to Windows itself), and Windows is "blocking" the program from overwriting at a location that is outside the bounds of the location (in memory) of the program.

You have a registry error. Go to START>RUN and type in cmd. When it comes up type in CHKDSK /R. Restart your computer and let it run. You should be good after that.

Referenced Memory Problem

Take out your memory chips one at a time. If the error clears its the one you took out. Also you can download memtest. Run this from a CD and it will tell you your memory status.

Referenced memory 0x7750dc85 could not be written 0x0000004c

A 0x0000004c error is a Windows error and should not be caused by a network router.
Typical causes for this error are faulty RAM or overclocking. If you are overclocking, restore all settings to their rated values. To check for RAM issues, if you have more than one stick of RAM installed, remove all but one RAM module and test your system for this error. If it persists, replace it with a different module.
