The paper is not passing through the fuser unit straight. The fuser heats and fuses the toner powder to the paper. That is why the toner powder is coming off the paper at the margin.
The rollers may need cleaning so the paper is pulled straight through the printer, or the rollers need replacing if they are worn out.

fuser drum is bad. photocopier use electricity to transfer the toner to the paper, then it is heat fused to paper. it appears that the problem is occurring around the time that the toner is attracted to the paper.

The print margins on my Konica Minolta Bizhub c203 cut off the bottom of my pages. how can I fix this?

Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability

The printer prints with a smudged black line the length of the left margin of the page.

We recommend replacing the cartridge as a first step. If that does not correct the problem, we look for toner dust inside the printer. DO NOT VACUUM this dust as it is very fine and will go through your vac bag and create dust everywhere. Finally we look for finger prints and pieces of paper.

If the toner is able to be rubbed off the paper, it is a fuser issue. Replacement of the fuser will be needed.

My DELL 3010CN is printing a thick black line on the right hand margin on all pages printed.

Often Toner sticks to fuser. When the fuser heats the toner comes off onto the paper. Should reduce over time unless toner is spilling onto the fuser in the same place.

Change fuser and toner

thanks

Samsung CLP-500 output problems

i have found that removing the toners, and shaking them side to side, while keeping them horizontal, which seems to spread the toner for even distribution. This can sometimes fix the problems with fading prints. hope it helps.
Margins i think might be a problem with the wysiwyg of the program, some don't do it well, but also excel in particular has a shrink to fit page option, you may find the percentage not at 100%. you can also copy an excel table to word and print from that if it is driving you nuts.

Blank lines on right side of paper on brother 9420 mfc

if it does this on all colors, try cleaning the laser **** glass located below toner cartridges. you could have drops of toner on it. if only certain colors, visually check your toner cartridge rollers.

Black line down right margin

Have you tried a new toner and drum unit? if not please do so. If that doesn't work then it is a scanner lamp failure and will need replacing.

You can fix it but trying to obtain this part for such an old machine will be hard. Don't know the part number sorry.

Thanks J

Copying problem kyocera mita 3530

You did not specify how much of it it is NOT copying or left off.

Depends on how close to the end it is copying.
Try this make a copy of the ceiling ( open top with no documents and copy) it will give you a black sheet of paper, compare it to your copy, there is a margin of white around the black area this is because :
1- makes sure the toner is falling on the sheet
2- leaves enough room to clear out of the fuser.

Is your print falling in the white area? if so it can be adjusted but there has to be a margin of white around the paper. or it will cause jamming.

Good luck
