The graphics card might be in properly, or you need to replace card. Try and see what happens. If you have on-board screen adapter try using that and unplug the AGP or PCI one first and see if screen appears. Also if your using a Digital monitor check if the monitor is in Digital or Analog mode, dependnig on how you plugged in.

If all else fails, try taking out the battery on mother board and restarting computer.

Hi there,

Yes i do agree with you there is no problem with a graphic card, and i suspected it to be a problem with the cable which is used for connecting but it was fine when you swapped the monitors however i would still suspect on the slot where the cable is connected, may be you should try samsung service center before you decide.

Post back for more solutions we will be happy to help you.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!!!!

Has anything changed since it was working last? check that first
Next -- the Beep codes indicate a hardware problem --the PC was unable to POST(Power On Self Test-)-but DELL's beep codes closest to what you described is either 1-2-video card not detected or 1-3-1-1 which is Memory (RAM) error adn the PHEONIX beep code of 1-3-2 is Memory error also-- so be sure all cards and chips are seated properly--I dont think its the hardrive --a PC can still boot and POST without a hardrive.

U indicated that you were able to get into the bios. Strange that all you did was dis assembly the PC, put it back together the same way, and now it does not work. Assuming you put everything back the exact same way it should work. Make sure that all of your connections are good and tight. Also check to see if the PS is working or connected properly. Try disconnecting all components except the memory and monitor and boot. If it works to a screen turn it off and start hooking up other peripherals one by one till you get no video or it stops working.
A bad peripheral can often disrupt a normal boot up process and cause all sorts of mayhem.. Check them all out.

And make SURE that your memory chips are in there properly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EMACHINE T6534 COMP. WANT BOOT . TRYING TO CHANGE V-CARDS

This could be a few things though if you have already checked the memory and HD. The next thing I would tell you is that you should check the cpu. Also make sure that everything in the BIOS is set to the default settings when you start it.

Hello jarkk, I believe your problem is with your backlight inverter. the hard drive should be installed for this process of checking it on an external monitor. with the hard drive removed it will not boot to the operating system. with the drive in, use the external monitor. if the monitor works when plugged into the external monitor plug, this will eliminate a bad video card. if the screen is still black on the laptop screen, replace your backlight inverter. the last case cenario is to make sure your backlights are not burnt out.

The connector may be broken.

all I can suggest is to take it in to be checked.

I suppose you did insert the hard drives in the right way.. If I remember right its the text side up (towards the keyboard)
