My LCD dynex tv will turn on but keeps flashing on and off saying please wait

The fact that Please Wait appears on the screen that the power board is fine. I would unplug the tv for 4 hours and plug it back in to see if the same thing happens. It does appear that you need to replace the main board,

This sounds like a data corruption issue.

If you can delete and replace the music application, that should get it working again. You will have to rebuild your lists/folders, but the music files will be fine.

This is the price we pay for inexpensive, low quality software.

You can "try" to stop the process from starting by unchecking the appropriate box under boot menu.

go to RUN, type MSCONFIG, check the startup tab.

The ink absorber is a pad located at the bottom of the purge unit if you cannot find a Canon representative i can help you reset to you would be able to use it just follow these steps
-Plug the power cord in
-Press the Power button and hold it down when it lights up press Resume twice still holding down the power button then release both buttons
-Wait momentarily when "0" appears on the display press resume 4 times then press the power button wait about a 2 second then press the power button 2 more times and your printer should be usable again
